1. What types of jewelry and art do you offer? At Soul Song Originals, I offer a diverse range of artisan-crafted pieces, including semi-precious gemstone jewelry, bohemian style jewelry, sterling silver jewelry, handmade beaded jewelry, and unique art pieces like leather masks, my own ©Leather-Wrapped Mirrors and beaded art.
 

2. Do you create custom pieces? Yes, I offer custom jewelry and art pieces. Please contact me with your specific requirements, and I’ll be happy to work with you to create something unique and special.

3. What materials do you use in your jewelry? I use high-quality materials such as semi-precious gemstones, sterling silver, and premium leather. Each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail, ensuring durability and beauty.

4. Where are you located? I run a home-based business nestled in the scenic Catskill Mountains of New York. My location inspires the creativity and charm that goes into each of my handcrafted pieces!

5. Do you ship internationally? At this time, I do not offer international shipping. I am hoping to be able to do so in the near future.

6. How long will it take to receive my order? I process orders within 3 business days.  Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen.

7. What is your return and exchange policy? I offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to my Return, Refund & Exchange Policies for detailed instructions.

8. How can I care for my jewelry? To maintain the beauty and durability of your jewelry, I recommend storing it in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. Avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals or perfumes, and gently clean it with a soft cloth when needed. Sterling silver can be cleaned with a polishing cloth made specifically for sterling silver.

9. What payment methods do you accept? I accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay for a “buy now, pay later” option. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your safety.

10. How can I contact customer support? You can reach me via email at soulsongoriginals@gmail.com or through my contact form on the website. I work to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours.

11. Are your products hypoallergenic? I use high-quality materials, including stainless steel, sterling silver and semi-precious gemstones, which are generally hypoallergenic. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please contact me for more information.

12. Can I make changes to my order after placing it? If you need to make changes to your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.

13. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging? Yes, I offer gift wrapping for an additional fee. Please select this option at checkout or contact me for more details. Note cards with a personalized hand-written message are free of charge. You will need to indicate what message you want written to your gift recipient.

14. How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's progress on the carrier's website.

15. Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchasing options? At Soul Song Originals, each piece of jewelry is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, making every item a unique. Due to the individualized nature of my creations, I do not offer wholesale or bulk purchases. However, I am committed to providing personalized service and will do my best to accommodate special requests for multiple pieces. Please contact me directly to discuss your needs, and I will be happy to assist you.

16. How do I care for items made with leather? To care for your leather items, keep them away from direct sunlight and moisture. Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth and, when not being displayed, store them in a cool, dry place.

17. Do you offer repair services for your jewelry or jewelry not made by you? Yes, I offer repair services for my jewelry pieces. Please contact me with details of the repair needed, and I’ll provide you with further instructions and costs. Depending on the type of jewelry, I also offer repair services for pieces not originally made by me. Please feel free to contact me with details about your jewelry, and I'll do my best to assist you.

18. Can I cancel my order? If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.

19. How can I stay updated on new products and promotions? You can stay updated by subscribing to my newsletter, Soul Song Vibes, and following me on social media. I regularly share updates on new products, promotions, and events.
