8. Orders and Payment -

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

  • Payment: Payment must be made at the time of order. I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Feel free to contact me if you need further assistance with payments.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be added to your order based on your shipping address.

9. Returns and Refunds -

  • Returns: I will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt of item(s). Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 4 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Non-Refundable Orders: Clearance, final sale, custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

10. Shipping and Delivery -

  • Shipping: Shipping is offered within the United States. At this time, I do not offer international shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on location and shipping method chosen.

  • Delivery: I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

11. Sustainability Practices -

  • Recycled Shipping Materials: Whenever possible, I recycle and reuse shipping boxes and packaging materials. This means you might receive your item in a box or package that was previously used and the packaging materials (biodegradable foam “peanuts”, paper, bubble wrap, etc.) might be previously used. Be assured that all recycled materials I use are clean and intact. Let’s save trees and use less fossil fuels!!

12. Product Information -

  • Accuracy of Information: Soul Song Originals - Handcrafted Jewelry & Art will always strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, I cannot absolutely guarantee that any product information is error-free, complete, or current.

  • Product Variations: Due to the handcrafted nature of my products, slight variations may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

13. Modification of Products and Prices -

  • Product Changes: I reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any products offered on my website without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to changes in product design, specifications, availability, and functionality. I strive to keep my product offerings fresh and up-to-date to meet the evolving needs and preferences of my customers. However, these modifications may occur at any time and may affect both new and existing products.

  • Price Changes: Prices for my products are subject to change without notice. I make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on my website are accurate and up-to-date. However, market conditions, material costs, and other factors may necessitate price adjustments. I reserve the right to modify the prices of my products at any time. Any such changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

14. Custom Orders Terms and Conditions -

  • Initial Discussion: We start with a friendly chat to understand your vision, preferences, and budget for your custom jewelry piece.

  • Concept Development: I'll create initial sketches or digital renderings of the design based on our discussion. This could also include sending you pictures of design elements, (i.e., gemstones, beads, findings, etc.).

  • Client Feedback: You'll receive the designs and information for feedback. We will continue to discuss any changes you may want to address. This helps ensure the final piece is exactly what you envisioned.

  • Final Design: After making any necessary adjustments, you'll approve the final design before we move forward.

  • Price Estimate: After finalizing the design, I will provide a detailed quotation that includes the cost of materials, labor, and any additional services. There is no charge for designing.

  • Deposit: A deposit is required to secure the order. This deposit is typically 50% of the total cost. Deposits are required before any custom work is begun. 

  • Production: Your custom jewelry piece will be crafted with care and precision according to the approved design.

  • Final Payment: Upon completion and approval of the piece, the final payment will be required.

  • Delivery: Once completed, the finished piece will be delivered to you, ready to be enjoyed!

  • Follow-Up: I will reach out to ensure you are satisfied with your custom piece.

  • Feedback Request: I value your feedback on your experience, as it helps me improve my services.

  • Returns, Refunds & Exchanges of Custom-Made Items: Custom-made items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. Please refer to my Return, Refund & Exchange Policies for more details.

  • Ownership of Designs: All custom designs created by Soul Song Originals - Handcrafted Jewelry & Art remain the intellectual property of my business. I retain all rights to the designs, including but not limited to the rights to reproduce, modify, and distribute the designs.

  • Customer Use: Customers are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use and display the custom-designed jewelry. Reproduction of the designs for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written consent.

  • Ownership of Designs: All custom designs created by Soul Song Originals - Handcrafted Jewelry & Art remain the intellectual property of my business. I retain all rights to the designs, including but not limited to the rights to reproduce, modify, and distribute the designs.

  • Design Replication: I reserve the right to use and replicate custom designs for other customers or collections, while ensuring that each custom piece remains unique in some aspect to honor the original commission.

15. Limited Liability for Product Availability -

  • Stock Levels: Product availability is subject to change and may be limited.

  • Substitution Policy: I strive to provide my customers with unique, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces. Due to the exclusive nature of my products, I may often face situations where an item is out of stock. In such cases, I offer a thoughtful substitution policy to ensure your satisfaction. In some cases I may be able to replicate the item that is out of stock, depending on the availability of materials.

  • Notification of Unavailability: If an item you have ordered is out of stock, I will notify you  within 2 business days of your purchase. You will be informed via email or phone about the unavailability of the product.

  • Substitution Options: In the event that an item is unavailable, you have the following options:
        1. Choose an Alternative: I will provide you with a list of similar, available items to choose from.
        2. Custom Order: If possible, I can create a custom piece based on your  preferences. Please note that additional charges and           extended delivery times may apply. (See #14 - Custom Orders - For more detailed information.)
        3. Refund: You may opt for a full refund of your purchase. (See #9 - Returns and Refunds - For more detailed information.)

  • Process for Substitution: To select a substitution, please follow these steps:
     1. Review the list of alternative items provided in my email.
        2. Select your preferred alternative and respond to the email with your choice.
     3. If opting for a custom order, please contact me to discuss your preferences and obtain a quote. (See #14 - Custom Orders - For  more detailed information.) 
      4. If you prefer a refund, please reply to the email requesting a refund. (See #9 - Returns and Refunds - For more detailed information.)

  • Time Frame: Please respond to my notification within 5 business days to choose an alternative, request a custom order, or ask for a refund. If I do not hear from you within this period, I will proceed with issuing a refund.

  • Custom Order Conditions: Custom orders are subject to additional charges based on the complexity and materials required. Estimated delivery times will be communicated during the custom order consultation. All custom orders are final and non-refundable. (See #14 - Custom Orders - For more detailed information.)

16. Gift Boxes and Note Cards -

  • Options: Gift Boxes are available for an additional $1.50 per box. When you choose this option, an appropriately sized gift box will be chosen for your jewelry. 
    Note cards with a personalized hand-written message are free of charge. You must indicate what message you want written to your gift recipient at checkout.

17. eGift Cards -

  • Purchase: eGift cards can be purchased in various denominations on this website.

  • Redemption: eGift cards can be redeemed online only and are non-transferable.

  • Expiration: eGift cards do not expire and have no service fees. eGift cards will only expire if Soul Song Originals - Handcrafted Jewelry & Art ceases to do business. Advance notification of Soul Song Originals - Handcrafted Jewelry & Art ceasing to do business is not required.

19. Events, Sweepstakes, Promotions and Discount Codes -

  • Participation: There will be times when I will have events, sweepstakes, promotions, and discount codes on my website. Specific rules and conditions will be provided at the time of any events, sweepstakes, promotions, and for discount codes.

  • Usage: Promotion and discount codes are limited to one per order and cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise indicated.

  • Validity: Codes must be used within the specified time frame. Expired codes will not be accepted.

  • Exclusions: Certain items may be excluded from promotions, as specified in the promotion details.
